The therapy and coaching world is full of jargon which can be daunting when you have made a huge step in considering undertaking some! I will endeavour to answer your queries and put your mind at ease that support and change is possible whatever issues you are facing in your life.

As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I offer person-centred, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and personal development coaching in a relaxed and supportive environment, either face to face in my practice room, or remotely by telephone, webcam or email - whichever works best for you.

I work with both short term interventions and long term support depending on your requirements. I will work alongside you in a non-judgmental, confidential, empathic way which will allow you the time and space to make sense of and face whatever issues you have to enable you to move forward.

I am based near Walsall Arboretum in a light, relaxing room. I have disabled access and ample, free parking.  If you prefer to work remotely, as a member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO), I am trained in telephone and web-based counselling and take your data security seriously.
